Week 1

Our ‘Ladies Get Fit’ sessions started on 17th November 2015. Three weeks of fitness fun will be documented in pictures and updated regularly. Week one constituted squats and push-ups.

Week 2

During week 2 the ladies focused on much the same as week 1. Here are two of our volunteers – Jacqui and Lola – stretching and taking a well earned break.
