Healing Wounds

Ministry of Empowerment (MOE) proudly announce our new and exciting project called Healing Wounds – funded by the People’s Trust – which is an extension to a previously piloted project that provided a 10 week programme of workshops and therapeutic sessions targeted at disadvantaged and vulnerable women, aged 18 years and over.

To bring MOE Healing Wounds project to life, MOE organises fortnightly drop-in Sessions that include regular informative and practical interactive empowering workshops and therapeutic activities. These drop-in sessions provide an introductory and networking forum.

Women will be offered light refreshments and an opportunity to meet others facing similar issues whilst promoting forthcoming workshops and therapeutic sessions.

This project sets out to help build a close knit community of women on a Healing Journey within a safe and confidential environment.

Therapeutic Sessions include health and well-being:

–     Zumba fitness

–     General keep-fit

–     Pamper & massage

–      Art & craft

–      Cookery
