Healing Wounds Workshop – Stress Management Techniques
Stress can be defined as a harmful reaction people have to undue pressures and demands placed on them. These can be the demands others place on us or those we place on ourselves. Either way, too much stress can be harmful. During one of our recent Healing Wounds workshops the facilitator examined ways in which we can reduce stress by employing simple stress management techniques. As you can see from the photos, some of these are as simple as closing your eyes and relaxing, an others involve hand massages.
